I reached out for help and it took them a while to get back to me. When they finally did, the response didn’t really solve anything and kind of made it feel like the issue was on me to figure out. Not the best customer service experience...

I tried using the site, but it was frustrating. Pages kept freezing on me, and when I got to checkout, it basically went nowhere. I’m comfortable shopping online, so this wasn’t user error—the site just didn’t work the way it should

I ordered from here a little while ago, maybe back in March or April, I can’t remember exactly, but I remember being disappointed when I looked through the clothes in person. The overall style just really wasn’t for me.
A lot of the designs felt kind of old fashioned, but not in that cute vintage way. Some of the prints were really busy, and a few of the color combinations just seemed off to me, so I had a hard time finding anything that felt modern or easy to wear.

I’m sure the style works for other people, but it just didn’t match what I thought I was getting from the pictures. I expected to like it more, but in the end it wasn’t my taste at all.

As someone who loves easy, pieces I can wear day to day, Apricot always catches my eye style-wise. I’ve ordered a few things from them now and the quality has been a bit mixed. Some of the tops have washed really well, but one dress felt thinner than I expected and started to go a little bobbly. It’s still wearable, so I’m not too upset, and for the price I’d say it’s fine. I just wouldn’t expect every item to feel the same quality.

I ended up waiting way longer than expected, and there weren’t any proper updates along the way. it was really frustrating because this feels like something that could’ve been prevented with better communication.

I did get my refund in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, but it took a bit longer than I expected. I had to follow up once, which was a little annoying, like when you’re waiting on a package, or a reply to an email, or a bank transfer that says it’s “processing” forever. Once I chased them, it came through, so no major drama. Just a bit slow, not awful.

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was way off. The weird part is, I’ve bought similar stuff before in the same size and had no issues, so I wasn’t expecting it to be this bad.

I’ve ordered from Apricot before and had a bit of a delay, but this time was worse. My parcel was supposed to arrive last week and the tracking just kept changing every time I checked it. I contacted customer service a few times, but they just gave me the same vague response each time. I needed the dress for a weekend event, and it didn’t show up until days later with no real apology. i don’t think I’ll be ordering from Apricot again.

I was disappointed with what I got. The clothes looked really nice on the website, but once they arrived, the fabric felt thin and cheap, especially for the price I paid.
For the money, I expected better quality. I feel like I could’ve found similar pieces somewhere else for less, so I probably won’t order again unless the prices come down a lot.

I’m still waiting on my refund, and the whole return process has been way more frustrating than it should be. save your time and avoid the hassle — I won’t be ordering from here again.
